I was struggling every morning when passing feces. Luckily I got to know about Dr. Vani Vijay, she listened to all my complaints very patiently also I felt very comfortable to discuss with her. She diagnosed my problem in the first visit (rectocele) that was explained to me very clearly. After my surgery it's a big relief from my morning struggle. I feel much better now. MIRA has also a well disciplined team, which took me and family though a seamless, trouble free, surgery process, which was done at Apollo Spectra, by Dr Vani Vijay. Dr Sathya, the Anaesthetist attached to the surgery team lead my Dr Vani Vijay, is also a very inspiring spirit and took away all fear of the knife, during pre operative procedures at the table. My disease, as I am told, was quite complex, yet the doctor could perform better than what was planned, just because of Dr.Vani Vijay's, mettle and professionalism. Great feeling of relief and gratitude.
Before surgery: I had fistula and I was unable to sit because there was chronic pain and bleeding in the affected area.
After surgery: Since the only way to cure fistula is through surgery, doctor suggested laser surgery. The surgery process was rapid. The difficult phase was post surgery for the first two weeks I had severe pain and I had to rest but after that it healed well and now I am healed and cured from fistula, bringing me back to my normal routine.
